東急、有料座席「Q SEAT」を「TOQ COIN」で利用可能に
東急線アプリのアップデートにより、「TOQ COIN」サービスで貯めたコインを有料座席指定サービス「Q SEAT」の座席指定券に交換できるようになった。必要なコイン数は500コイン。座席指定料金は大人・小児一律。

TOQ COINは、東急線の乗車や定期券の購入などで東急線アプリ内にコインを貯められるサービス。貯めたコインは1日乗車券などに交換できる。Q SEATの座席指定券への交換もサービス開始当初から計画されていたが、9月11日のアプリアップデートにより実装された。
Q SEATは東横線と大井町線で導入されており、両路線ともTOQ COINで利用可能。東急線アプリ内でコインを座席指定券に交換するとクーポンコードが発行され、クーポンコードをQ SEATの予約専用Webサイト「Qシートチケットレスサービス」のチケット購入画面で入力すると、座席指定券との引き換えが完了する。
乗車時は、係員がスマートフォンなどの画面上に表示した「Qシートチケットレスサービス」の所定画面を確認する。
1,000コインで2枚同時交換も可能。2名分の購入手続きが一度で済むよう用意しているメニューで、子供など自身での購入が難しい場合に代表者がまとめて交換するといったニーズを想定している。2枚同時購入は同じ運行のみで利用可能。
