NST新潟総合テレビの約11億円の所得隠しを指摘 関東信越国税局
新潟の民放テレビ局「NST新潟総合テレビ」がコマーシャルの制作費として架空の経費を計上するなどし所得を少なく見せかけていたとして、関東信越国税局からおよそ11億円の所得隠しを指摘されたことが、関係者への取材で分かりました。
会社は「一部見解の相違はあったが税務当局の指導に従って修正申告を行い納税した」などとコメントしています。
所得隠しを指摘されたのは新潟市に本社がある民放テレビ局「NST新潟総合テレビ」です。
関係者によりますと、この会社は、取り引き先の複数の制作会社にコマーシャルの制作を委託したように装って架空の経費を計上したり、実際に委託した場合でも費用を水増ししたりするなどして所得を少なく見せかけていたことが関東信越国税局の税務調査で分かったということです。
関東信越国税局は去年までの6年間におよそ11億円の所得隠しを指摘し、重加算税を含めた法人税およそ4億円を追徴課税しました。
これについて「NST新潟総合テレビ」は国税当局から修正申告の指導を受けたことを3日、ホームページで公表したうえで「組織的に所得隠しを意図したものではなく、一部見解の相違はあったが修正申告を行い納税した。弁護士などを入れて社内調査を実施し、処分を行っている」などとコメントしています。
