JA全中会長 備蓄米販売期限延長 “需給や価格への影響懸念”
JA全中＝全国農業協同組合中央会の山野徹会長は、随意契約の備蓄米の販売が来月以降も認められるようになったことについて、生産現場では需給や価格への影響について懸念があるとして政府に丁寧な情報発信などを求める考えを示しました。
農林水産省は、随意契約による備蓄米の販売期限を、当初、今月末までとしていましたが、倉庫からの出荷の遅れなどを理由に、来月以降も販売を認めることにしました。
これについてJA全中の山野会長は21日開いた記者会見で、「今回の方針変更で、生産現場では今後の需給や価格への影響を懸念する声があがっている」と述べました。
そのうえで「こうした懸念が払拭（ふっしょく）されるよう丁寧な情報発信を進めるとともに、追加の申し込みの受け付けや期限の再延期など、さらなる変更が行われないことが重要だ」と述べました。
また各地のJAが新米の集荷率を高めるため、農家に仮払いする「概算金」の目安を引き上げていることについて、山野会長は、「概算金は生産者が営農を継続できるよう総合的に加味して各産地で判断されていると承知している」と述べ、販売価格への影響などを注視する考えを示しました。
