原子力災害時の医療体制考えるシンポジウム 医師らが意見交換
原子力災害が起きた際の医療体制について考えるシンポジウムが広島市で開かれ、原子力発電所の近くにある医療機関の医師らが、事故が起きたときに診療を継続するための人員確保といった課題について意見を交わしました。
27日に広島市で開かれたシンポジウムには、各地の医療機関の医師や電力事業者などが参加しました。
松江市の島根原発からおよそ9キロのところにあり、原子力災害が起きたときに初期診療などを行う医療機関となっている松江赤十字病院の田邊翔太医師は、事故の際の医療に詳しい福島県立医科大学とともにBCP＝業務継続計画の策定に取り組んでいることを紹介しました。
田邊医師は原発事故が起きたときに出勤する意思があるかどうか職員にたずねたところ、「強く意思がある」と「ある程度意思がある」と答えたのはあわせておよそ30％にとどまり「業務が増える一方で人員が減るため医療提供が難しくなるおそれがある」と述べました。
また、愛媛県伊方町の伊方原発から11キロのところにある市立八幡浜総合病院の越智元郎医師は、個人線量計の数が足りていないなど、装備や物資の用意が十分でないといった現状を説明していました。
こうした課題に対して、原子力規制庁放射線防護企画課の吉田淳一課長補佐は、人員確保のために災害派遣医療チーム「DMAT」との連携に向けた調整を進めているなどと説明していました。
