ピザハットの公式Xで見かけて、一瞬目を疑ったこちらのピザ。 SNSでは「ラーメンとピザは想像つかない！！ これは一度は食べたい」「ピザに家系ラーメン味を求める必要があるのだろうか？」「わざわざピザにして食べなくても…とは思うけど、興味はある」などのコメントが寄せられていました。 賛否のコメントが飛び交っていて気になったので、どんな味わいなのか確かめるために購入してみました！
箱を開けていざ実物を見てみると、ピザ生地に麺がのっているという、なんとも衝撃的なビジュアルでした！ ほうれん草やチャーシューなども散りばめられていて、具材は家系ラーメンらしい組み合わせ。
別添えできざみ海苔と、味変用のニンニク酢がついていました。
きざみ海苔をパラパラとふりかけると、なんだか見た目も映えておいしそう。食べる準備完了です！
ソースの濃厚な醤油ベースの味付けには、ほどよい甘辛さが効いていて、てりやきの風味に近い印象です。 「これはこれでおいしいな」と思いながらよく噛んでいると、奥から豚骨醤油のような家系の風味が押し寄せてきて、驚きがこみ上げました！
チャーシューは豚の旨みがぎゅっと詰まっていておいしい。噛み締めるごとに、肉汁と一緒に旨みが染み出してきますよ。 ほうれん草の存在感があまりなかったですが、ほどよくクタッとした食感が楽しいです。
ピザ生地と中太麺のもっちり感が合わさって、食べ応えがすごい！ 麺はカリッと香ばしくなっているところもあって、食感のコントラストがクセになりますよ。
クリスピー生地の耳の部分はパリッとしていて、軽快な歯ごたえががたまりません！ 注文前はピザ生地が選べないことが少し心残りでしたが、食べてみると相性ばつぐんで驚きました。
ピザを半分ほど楽しんだところで、ニンニク酢をちょろっと垂らしてみました。 食べてみると、ガツンとくる味わいをお酢の爽やかさがスッと引き締めてくれます。 家系ラーメンを食べている途中に、お酢で味変するときと同じようなワクワク感を覚えました！
ニンニクの香りがほわっと漂う後味に、食欲がさらにかき立てられ、食べる手が止まらなくなりますよ。
