渡辺美奈代「大根まるまる1本」使った手料理4品に反響「栄養士並み」「全部参考になりました」

歌手でタレントの渡辺美奈代さんが2月25日にInstagramを更新。自身の手料理を披露しました。

渡辺さんは「大根まるまる1本を使ってお料理」と報告。続けて「自宅キッチンでの私の様子！」とつづり、1本の動画を投稿しました。

まずはエプロン姿でキッチンに立つ渡辺さんが登場。神奈川県の海老名に行った際に買った大根を1本まるまる使って料理をしたと話します。 キッチンカウンターの上には大根料理が4品。 まずは大根の下部を使って作ったという大根のお味噌汁です。続いて大根の中間部を使った「大根と手羽元の煮物」、大根の上部を使った「大根と生ハムのマリネ」を紹介しました。 最後に、煮物や味噌汁を作った際に出た大根の皮を使ってきんぴらを作ったと説明。 部位を使い分けて作った大根料理、どれもとっても美味しそうな出来栄えですね～！
