LINEヤフーは5日、株主優待制度の導入を発表した。5,000株以上を1年以上継続保有する株主に、保有株式数に応じて25,000円～500,000円分のヤフーショッピング商品券を贈呈する。初回の基準日は2027年3月31日。対象は、毎年3月末日時点で、同一株主番号により5,000株(50単元)以上を1年以上継続保有する株主。基準日の3月末日と前年9月末日、前年3月末日の計3回、株主名簿に記録されていることが条件となる。贈呈額は、5,000株以上10,000株未満が25,000円分、10,000株以上50,000株未満が50,000円分、50,000株以上100,000株未満が250,000円分、100,000株以上が500,000円分。3回の記録のうち、最も少ない保有株式数に基づいて決定する。なお、11月5日の終値544.6円で計算すると、5,000株の購入には約272万円が必要となる。商品券はYahoo!ショッピングで利用でき、一部ストアは対象外。利用は日本在住者に限り、受け取りにはYahoo! JAPAN IDが必要となる。他者への譲渡はできない。取得方法などの案内は毎年7月頃に郵送する。商品券の利用期間は、案内の発送から翌年1月頃までを予定している。
