阪急電鉄、“入場キャンセル”が改札タッチで可能に

阪急電鉄は、交通系ICカードで駅の改札内に入場後、一定条件を満たしていれば料金不要で自分で出場できる新サービスを3月18日から開始する。 新サービスは、PiTaPaやICOCAなどの交通系ICカードで改札内に入場後、20分以内かつ同一駅であれば、改札機にICカードをタッチすると自動的に入場状態がキャンセルされ、料金不要で出場できるというもの。 例えば、入場後に忘れ物に気付き、改札外へ出たい場合に、改札の窓口で駅係員に対応してもらうことなく自分で出場できるようになる。ほかにも、駅構内の通り抜けや、ホームでの送迎、駅ナカ店舗や構内コインロッカーの利用でも便利に使えるとしている。 対象駅は阪急電鉄の全87駅。神戸高速線の花隈駅も含まれる。Osaka Metro堺筋線の天神橋筋六丁目駅は対象外。 PiTaPa、ICOCAなど全国相互利用対象の交通系ICカードが対応し、モバイル版も対象。クレジットカードのタッチ決済(クレカ乗車)は対象外。 改札内での滞在時間が20分を超えた場合は従来と同様で、出場するには駅係員に申し出る必要がある。なお、あらかじめ20分以上の滞在が見込まれる場合は、券売機で販売している入場券(大人170円、小児90円)の利用を案内している。
