10代の検索は「ヤフーよりChatGPT」 サイバーエージェント調査
調査は5月23日から24日にかけて、全国の10代から60代までの男女9,278名を対象に実施。10代の検索行動では、ChatGPTがYahoo! JAPANを上回る利用率となった。

調査によると、日常の検索に生成AIサービスを利用している人の割合は全体で21.3%に達し、検索エンジン(91.9%)やSNS(77.3%)ほどの利用率ではないものの、新たな情報収集手段としての存在感を強めつつある。
特に、ChatGPTは全体で17.3%の利用率を示し、10代では42.9%とYahoo! JAPAN(31.7%)を上回った。世代別にみると、20代のYouTube利用率が72.8%とGoogle(72%)と並んでおり、若年層を中心に検索スタイルが多様化している傾向が明らかとなった。
また、検索エンジンと生成AIの両方を使ったことがあるユーザーのうち、70.5%が生成AIを継続利用しており、全世代で継続率は7割を超えた。検索の半数以上を生成AIに置き換えているユーザーは全体の30.1%に達し、特に10代(35.8%)や20代(35.4%)でその傾向が顕著だった。
生成AIの利用サービス別では、ChatGPTが全体の77.6%と圧倒的なシェアを占め、10代と20代での利用率は8割を超えている。一方で、50代と60代はGeminiの利用が4割を超えており、世代間での違いが見られた。
