新型レクサスIS登場！ 開発のキーワードは「熟成」だ！

9月9日、レクサスは、新しい「IS」を発表した。
新しいレクサスISは、IS300hとIS350の2種類を設定。「熟成」を開発のキーワードとし、これまでISが追求してきた「ドライバーがクルマと対話できる気持ちのいい走り」と「アグレッシブでスポーティなデザイン」に、より磨きをかけたという。
エクステリアのうちフロントまわりは、新しいスピンドルグリルで、低重心かつワイドなスタンスをさらに強調。“F SPORT”には、空力性能を強化した新形状のリヤスポイラーを採用。床下から車両背面へ巻き上がる空気の流れを増加させることで、リヤの揚力を低減し、優れた空力操安性能を実現した。
足まわりでは、アルミホイールのデザインを一新。標準モデルは18インチで、“F SPORT”と“version L”は19インチとなる。ボディカラーは、新たに「ニュートリノグレー」を追加した合計8色とした。
インテリアは、マルチメディアシステムを刷新。センターディスプレイを全車12.3インチのタッチパネルに統一。搭載位置と角度を工夫し、センターディスプレイの高さがドライバーの視界を妨げず、走行中でも操作しやすいコクピットを構築した。
メーターパネルには12.3インチのフル液晶タイプを採用。表示コンテンツのより細かなパーソナライズにも対応した。コンソール上面とスタートスイッチベゼルには、竹材を使った「Forged bamboo」を開発し、採用する。
インパネ中段部には、運転時の邪魔にならない水平基調のラインイルミネーションを配置。照明色は、14色のテーマカラーに加え、好みで選べる50色のカスタムカラーを設定した。センターコンソール前方のワイヤレス充電スペースは、ユーザーの使いやすい位置に設置。各種スマートフォンに対応可能なサイズとしたGen5を採用する。
インテリアカラーには、新規開発色の「プロミネンス」を“F SPORT”に設定。太陽を覆う神秘的な紅炎をイメージしたという。
オーディオシステムには、10スピーカーシステムを全車標準設定。さらに、17スピーカー構成される「マークレビンソン」も用意した。
