ドコモdポイント会員基盤で治験募集 新薬承認支援
NTTドコモは、ユーザーのヘルスケアに関する内容を聞く「dポイントクラブアンケート(ヘルスケア)」を通じて収集した、ヘルスケアパネルのデータが7月6日に70万件を突破したと発表した。製薬・健康食品企業と連携し、新薬の早期承認を支援するといった、ヘルスケア・メディカル分野の課題解決に向けた取り組みを加速させる。

ドコモは3月から、dポイントクラブ会員を対象に「dポイントクラブアンケート(ヘルスケア)」を実施しており、ユーザーの同意のもと、ヘルスケア・メディカルに関するデータを収集・蓄積している。
この蓄積されたデータを活用し、新薬の承認を加速させる治験支援・参加者募集を実施する。治験参加者の不足や治験・臨床試験現場の人手不足に対応するもので、「dポイントクラブアンケート(ヘルスケア)」で、治験参加候補者を募集するアンケートを配信するほか、対象者選定の支援、候補者と医療機関のマッチング精度の向上にも取り組む。
患者調査では、「dポイントクラブアンケート(ヘルスケア)」で収集した対象疾患の患者を把握、行動特性やライフスタイルなどを分析して、「ヘルスケア推定AI」なども活用しながら、製薬企業の調査を支援する。
疾患啓発や健康食品・OTC(一般用医薬品)プロモーションなども行ない、製薬企業や健康食品企業などヘルスケア・メディカル業界におけるさまざまな課題解決をめざした取り組みを進めていく。
