高額療養費制度見直しめぐり 衆院予算委 あす質疑で与野党合意
高額療養費制度の見直しをめぐり、衆議院予算委員会の理事懇談会が開かれ、与野党は、方針転換の理由などを政府に確認する必要があるとして、13日に石破総理大臣に出席を求めて質疑を行うことで合意しました。
高額療養費制度の負担上限額の引き上げを見送ったこと受けて、政府・与党は、およそ100億円の費用が必要になることから、参議院で審議中の新年度予算案を再び修正する方針です。
これを受けて、12日午後、衆議院予算委員会の理事懇談会が開かれ、安住委員長は、参議院の鶴保予算委員長と会談した結果、参議院で予算審議中であるものの、13日に衆議院で委員会を開くことに理解を得られたと説明しました。
そして、与野党は、13日午後に石破総理大臣と関係閣僚に出席を求めて質疑を行うことで合意しました。
13日は冒頭、およそ10分間、石破総理大臣が一連の経緯を説明したうえで、各党が1時間程度、質疑を行うことになりました。
参議院で予算審議中に衆議院予算委員会が開かれるのは異例のことです。
また、野党側は、13日の質疑とは別に、石破総理大臣が出席する集中審議の開催を求めました。
