25日の東京外国為替市場、日米の中央銀行の幹部による講演が相次ぐのを前に、積極的な取り引きを控えようという投資家が増え、円相場はドルに対して小幅な値動きとなりました。

午後5時時点の円相場は、24日と比べて29銭円安ドル高の1ドル＝159円44銭から45銭でした。

一方、ユーロに対しては、21銭円安ユーロ高の1ユーロ＝185円88銭から92銭でした。

市場関係者は「先月末に実施された日米の協調介入以降、投機目的の円売りの動きはあまり見られなくなったが、市場ではこの先、日銀が利上げのペースを上げたとしても物価の上昇を抑えられるか懐疑的な見方もあり、円が売られやすくなっている。こうした中、今週は日銀の氷見野副総裁やアメリカのFRB＝連邦準備制度理事会のウォーシュ議長の講演が予定されていて、日米の金融政策を見極める上で注目が集まっている」と話しています。
