中国 習主席 中央アジア5か国と首脳会議へ G7サミットけん制か
中国外務省は、習近平国家主席が来週、中央アジアのカザフスタンを訪問し、中国と中央アジア5か国との首脳会議に出席すると発表しました。中国としてはみずから主導する枠組みの首脳会議を通じて同時期に開催されるG7サミット＝主要7か国首脳会議をけん制するねらいもあるとみられます。
中国外務省は13日、習近平国家主席が今月16日から18日の日程でカザフスタンを訪問し、首都・アスタナで開かれる中国と中央アジア5か国の首脳会議に出席すると発表しました。
習主席は首脳会議で演説を行うほか、国際的な問題などについて意見を交わすとしていて、中国外務省の林剣報道官は記者会見で「互いの信頼の基盤をより強め、各分野での協力の質を向上させられると信じている」と強調しました。
同時期にはカナダでG7サミット＝主要7か国首脳会議が開催される予定で、林報道官は「G7は一貫して冷戦思考とイデオロギーの偏見に基づき衝突や対抗と陣営間の対立をあおっている」と指摘しました。
中国と中央アジア5か国の首脳会議は今回が2回目で、おととし中国で行われた1回目の会議もG7広島サミットと同時期に開催しています。
中国としてはみずから主導する枠組みの首脳会議を通じて、G7サミットをけん制するとともに、中央アジアとの連携を強化し貿易摩擦が続くアメリカに対抗するねらいもあるとみられます。
