パルシステム、不在でもオートロックマンションに「置き配」
生活協同組合パルシステム千葉は、ライナフが提供するサービス「スマート置き配」を県内全8センターに導入した。オートロック付きマンションへの宅配で、利用者の不在時に共用エントランスをデジタルキーで解錠し、玄関前まで商品を届けるサービス。
ライナフが提供するスマートロック「NinjaEntrance(ニンジャエントランス)」を使い、オートロック付きマンションの共用エントランスの鍵をデジタル化。入館権限を付与された配送職員がオートロックを解錠し、利用者指定の場所に商品を届ける。セキュリティ対策として解錠履歴は全て記録される。
従来は、不在時に1階の共用スペースなどに配達されるようなケースや、共用スペースの置き配が許可されていないケースなどでも置き配が利用可能になる。
パルシステムはこれまでも、オートロック付きマンションへの配達は行なっていたが、建物によっては利用者本人による入口の解錠が必要で、配達の時間に合わせ外出を控えるなどの負担があった。「スマート置き配」の導入により、利便性向上とサービス拡充を図る。
