KDDIは展開する「au」や「UQモバイル」で28日午前6時ごろから、メールのサービスが利用できなかったり、利用しづらくなったりする障害が発生していると発表しました。

メールの設備に負荷がかかっていることが原因で、会社が詳しい状況を調べていますが、現時点で不正アクセスは確認されていないとしています。

復旧のメドは立っていないということで、KDDIは「お客さまに多大なご迷惑をおかけしておりますことを深くおわび申し上げます」とコメントしています。
