2 年連続 ITパスポート試験が 1 位、情報セキュリティマネジメント試験も注目ランキングで 2 位に
株式会社シー・ビー・ティ・ソリューションズは7月9日、「日本の資格・検定」AWARDS 2024 の結果を発表した。
同社が運営する「日本の資格・検定サイト」で掲載している1,000を超える資格・検定を対象に、昨年度（2023年4月1日から2024年3月31日）のアクセスデータとユーザーによるアンケートを元に、最も注目・支持された資格・検定を、「総合アクセスランキング部門」「注目の資格・検定ランキング部門」「ユーザーが選ぶベスト資格・検定部門」の3つに分けてランキング形式で紹介している。
「総合アクセスランキング部門」では、「ITパスポート試験（iパス）」が2年連続で1位として表彰されている。同アワードではiパスについて、「ITを正しく理解し、効果的に活用できる“IT力”が身につくため、情報技術に携わる業務に就きたい人や、情報技術を活用したい方におすすめの試験」と紹介している。
1位受賞を受けて、独立行政法人情報処理推進機構（IPA）の理事 奥村明俊氏は「CBT試験移行当時の年間応募者数は7万人に満たない数字でしたが、今では年間30万人に迫る応募者数に。日々進化するデジタル技術に合わせて出題の見直しも図り、2024年度からは生成AIに関する問題も出題しています。」とコメントしている。
「注目の資格・検定ランキング部門」では、「情報セキュリティマネジメント試験」が2位として表彰されている。同アワードでは情報セキュリティマネジメント試験について、「業務で個人情報を取り扱う方や業務部門・管理部門で情報管理を担当する全ての方、情報セキュリティ管理の知識・スキルを身に付けたい方におススメの試験」と紹介している。
2位受賞を受けて、独立行政法人情報処理推進機構（IPA）の理事 奥村明俊氏は「DXの進展によりデジタル技術の活用が急加速する中、管理面も含めた情報セキュリティ対策の重要性の高まりが今回の結果に繋がったのだと思います。」とコメントしている。
