水戸 JR常磐線の踏切で特急列車と車が衝突
13日午前9時すぎ、水戸市内のJR常磐線の踏切で特急列車が車と衝突しました。消防によりますと、車には1人が乗っていて現在、消防が救助活動にあたっています。
特急列車には乗客と乗員およそ560人が乗っていましたが、消防とJRによりますといまのところけが人はいないということです。
この事故の影響でJR常磐線は茨城県内の土浦駅と勝田駅の間の上下線で運転を見合わせています。
