マイナンバーカード 電子証明書の更新できないシステム障害
全国各地の自治体で、4日午後からマイナンバーカードに登録されている電子証明書の更新作業ができなくなるなどのシステム障害が発生しています。国などは復旧作業を急ぐとともに原因の確認を進めています。
マイナンバーカードは発行から5年に1度のタイミングなどで各地の自治体の窓口でカードに登録されている電子証明書を更新する必要があります。
しかし、このカードのシステムを運営している団体によりますと、4日午後から全国の自治体でシステム障害が発生し、この更新作業ができなくなっているということです。
札幌市や名古屋市などのホームページや公式のSNSをみると、障害が起きていて復旧のめどはたっていないなどと記されています。
一方、医療機関に取材したところ、マイナ保険証は通常どおり利用できているということです。
国などは復旧作業を急ぐとともに障害の原因を調べています。
