フィリピン ドゥテルテ前大統領をICCがあるオランダへ移送
フィリピンのマルコス大統領は会見を開き、ICC＝国際刑事裁判所からの逮捕状に基づきフィリピンで逮捕したドゥテルテ前大統領について、ICCがあるオランダのハーグへ飛行機で移送したと発表しました。
この中で、マルコス大統領はICPO＝国際刑事警察機構を通じてICCの逮捕状を受け取ったと強調したうえで、「これは、国際社会が、民主主義国家のリーダーとして私たちに期待していることだ」と説明しました。
ドゥテルテ前大統領は在任中、違法薬物をめぐり、容疑者の殺害もいとわない「麻薬戦争」と呼ばれる強硬な取り締まりを主導し、ICCは人道に対する犯罪の疑いで捜査していました。
