広島駅北口に住宅・ホテル・温浴施設・商業一体の31階複合タワー

住友不動産は、「(仮称)広島駅北口計画」の建築工事に着手したと発表した。JR広島駅から徒歩7分の立地に、住宅・ホテル・温浴施設・商業一体の31階建て大規模複合タワーを建設する。竣工は2029年4月予定。 地上31階・高さ124m・敷地面積8,147m2・延床面積56,020m2の複合タワーで、12階～31階に分譲マンション「広島ガーデンレジデンス」、4階～9階に住友不動産ヴィラフォンテーヌが運営するホテル、10階～11階に温浴施設を配置する。住宅の総戸数は287戸、ホテルの客室数は178室、温浴施設の設備は浴場、サウナ、岩盤浴などを予定している。1階～3階は各エントランス・事務所・駐車場など。 所在地は広島市東区二葉の里3丁目3番。広島駅周辺では25年3月に新たな駅ビル「minamoa」が開業するなど市街地整備が進められており、また計画地の「二葉の里地区」は土地区画整理事業と「まちづくり基本計画」に基づく大規模な開発が進行するエリアとなっている。広島駅の徒歩圏内に超高層レジデンスが立てられるのは12年ぶりだという。
