リモワ、アップサイクルする「RE-CRAFTED」新コレクション発売
リモワは2023年から始まった「RE-CRAFTED」プログラムの最新コレクションを2025年3月12日（水）より発売開始する。回収したアルミニウム製スーツケースを再生し、ストーリーを持つアイテムとして蘇らせる取り組みだ。

「リモワ」は、2025年3月12日（水）17時より「RE-CRAFTED」プログラムの最新コレクションの販売を開始する。このプログラムは2023年にスタートした持続可能な取り組みで、使用済みのアルミニウム製スーツケースを改修し、新たな命を吹き込むものだ。
「RE-CRAFTED」では、リモワの正規店舗で回収したアルミニウム製スーツケースを約30項目にわたる厳格な検査を経て、修理対象またはリサイクル対象に分類。修理対象となったスーツケースは一点一点丁寧に改修され、新品同様の信頼性を持つスーツケースとして生まれ変わる。
改修されたスーツケースには、ステッカーの跡や長年使用された風合いを残したアイテムも含まれ、旧所有者の旅の記憶が刻まれている。また、すでに販売を終了しているアーカイブピースも含まれるなど、ファンにとっても見逃せないラインアップだ。
今回、発売されるアイテムには、「Topas Compact Black」や「Topas Check-In M Titanium」など、2003年から2011年製のさまざまなモデルが登場する予定だ。なかにはルフトハンザとのコラボもある。販売予定のその他のスーツケースはギャラリーをチェックしよう。なお、「RE-CRAFTED」プログラムのスーツケースには2年間の品質保証が付属する。
