軽油カルテル 価格調整の過程記した議事録作成 特捜部が押収
都内の運送業者向けの軽油の販売価格をめぐりカルテルを結んだとして、石油販売会社5社が独占禁止法違反の罪で東京地検特捜部に起訴された事件で、各社が値上げ幅をすりあわせて調整する過程などを記した議事録が作成されていたことが、関係者への取材でわかりました。
東京・文京区の「東日本宇佐美」や、名古屋市の「ENEOSウイング」など石油販売会社5社は、おととし10月から12月にかけて、都内の運送業者などに対する軽油の販売価格を調整するカルテルを結んだとして、17日、独占禁止法違反の罪で東京地検特捜部に起訴されました。
各社の担当者は、都内の飲食店で会合を開き、値上げ幅の具体的な目標を定めたり、値下げ幅を抑えたりしていたとみられ、こうした会合のやりとりを記した議事録が作成され、特捜部が押収していたことが、関係者への取材でわかりました。
議事録には、各社がそれぞれ想定している値上げ幅を示したうえで、すり合わせて目標の値上げ額を決めていく過程などが記されていたということで、特捜部は、こうした価格の不正な調整によって競争が阻害され、物流コストに影響を与えていた可能性もあるとみています。
