PFAS検出 河川や地下水 26都府県629地点で指針値超え 環境省
一部の物質が有害とされる有機フッ素化合物のPFASについて、2024年度の全国の河川や地下水などの検出状況が公表され、26都府県の629地点で国の指針値を超える濃度が検出されたことが分かりました。
有機フッ素化合物のPFASのうち有害性が指摘されている「PFOS」と「PFOA」について、河川や地下水などは1リットルあたり合計50ナノグラムを指針値として、国は都道府県などに水質調査と報告を求めています。
環境省は2024年度の調査について検出状況を公表し、それによりますと、47都道府県の河川や地下水など調査した3941地点のうち、26都府県の629地点で指針値を超えていたということです。
このうち、河川で最も高かったのは岡山県吉備中央町で、指針値の1440倍にあたる7万2000ナノグラムが検出されました。
また、地下水では、大阪・熊取町の地下水から、指針値の1460倍にあたる1リットルあたり7万3000ナノグラムが検出され、環境省が2021年度に調査のとりまとめを開始して以来、最も高い値だということです。
環境省によりますと、指針値を超えた河川では水道水としての取水場所を変更するなどの対策が進められているほか、地下水については付近の住民に摂取しないよう呼びかけているということです。
