日米首脳が電話会談 トランプ大統領から米中会談の説明受ける
高市総理大臣はアメリカのトランプ大統領と15日夜、電話で会談し、中国の習近平国家主席との米中首脳会談の内容について説明を受けました。会談のあと記者団に対し「かなり詳細に説明をいただき、緊密に意思疎通を行っていくことで一致した」と述べました。
電話会談は、15日午後7時半からおよそ15分間、トランプ大統領がアメリカに戻る大統領専用機から電話をかける形で行われました。
会談ではトランプ大統領が今回の中国訪問について説明し、経済安全保障を含む経済や、安全保障など中国をめぐる諸課題を中心に意見を交わしました。
そして、インド太平洋地域の情勢について、緊密に意思疎通を行っていくことで一致しました。
また、イラン情勢についても意見交換し、高市総理大臣は事態の沈静化が一刻も早く実際に図られることが重要だという日本の基本的な考え方を改めて伝え、日米で緊密に意思疎通を続けていくことを確認しました。
