千葉 市川市元幹部に収賄などの罪で有罪判決 千葉地裁

千葉県市川市が発注した公共工事で入札の価格に関する情報を漏らした見返りに飲食の接待を受けたなどとして、収賄と官製談合防止法違反の罪に問われた市の元幹部に対し千葉地方裁判所は17日、執行猶予のついた有罪判決を言い渡しました。

市川市下水道部の元次長 八田一生被告（60）は、去年までの2年間、市内の建設業者に下水道に関する公共工事の入札予定価格や最低制限価格を漏らした見返りに、飲食店で50回にわたって合計30万円余りの接待を受けたなどとして収賄と官製談合防止法違反の罪に問われました。

17日の判決で千葉地方裁判所の野々山優子裁判官は「最も秘密にすべき情報を漏らしたことは入札の公正や市の信頼を損なった」と指摘しました。

そのうえで、「50回にわたって接待を受けるなど、常習性は顕著で酌量の余地はない」と指摘して懲役2年6か月、執行猶予3年、追徴金30万円余りを言い渡しました。
