経団連 十倉会長 東電 柏崎刈羽原発を視察 早期の再稼働求める
経団連の十倉会長は新潟県にある東京電力柏崎刈羽原発の7号機を視察し、電力の安定供給に向けて早期の再稼働を求めるとともに経団連としても地域の活性化に取り組む考えを示しました。
経団連の十倉会長と副会長7人が21日、新潟県を訪れ、東京電力が再稼働を目指す柏崎刈羽原発7号機の安全対策を視察しました。
このうち原子炉建屋では、水素が漏えいした場合に爆発が起こるのを防ぐ対策として、水素濃度の上昇を抑える設備を設けたことなどについて、担当者から説明を受けました。
このあと行われた東京電力との意見交換の場では、小早川智明社長が「東日本の電力の強じん化には早期の再稼働が重要だが、福島第一原発の事故の教訓を踏まえた安全性の確保と地域からの信頼が大事だ。地域の声に真摯（しんし）に向き合いたい」と述べました。
これに対し、十倉会長は「視察を通して多重の安全対策が理解できた。地元の理解を大前提として、早期に再稼働することを大いに期待しているし、経団連としても地域の経済活性化にどう関わることができるか考えたい」と応じました。
視察のあと、十倉会長は記者団に対し「産業立地とクリーンな電源の組み合わせはこれまで以上に大事になる。最後には知事や県民の判断になると思うが、一刻も早い判断を願っている」と述べ、早期の再稼働に期待を示しました。
