厚生労働省は、75歳以上の保険料や窓口負担に金融所得を反映させる新たな仕組みを2029年8月から始める方針を示しました。金融機関に対し、上場株式の配当などをオンラインで報告するよう義務づけるとしています。

政府は、先の特別国会で成立した法律に基づき、後期高齢者医療制度に加入する75歳以上の保険料や窓口負担に上場株式の配当や投資信託の収益をはじめとした金融所得を反映させる仕組みを導入します。

これについて厚生労働省は、16日に開かれた社会保障審議会の医療保険部会で、2029年1月から金融機関に対し、金融所得をオンラインで報告するよう義務づける方針を示しました。

後期高齢者医療制度を運営する各都道府県の広域連合が報告を受け付け、年金や給与などとあわせた所得を把握できるようにした上で、2029年8月から新たな仕組みを始めるとしています。

厚生労働省は、必要なシステムを整えるとともに、新たな仕組みの周知を図ることにしています。
