新型日産フロンティアプロ登場!!! 同社初の電動ピックアップトラックは、日本導入の可能性もアリ!?

4月23日、日産は、プラグインハイブリッドのピックアップトラック、新型「フロンティアプロ」を発表した。
新型フロンティアプロは、日産初となる電動ピックアップトラックだ。プレスリリースには「数十年に及ぶ日産のピックアップトラックの伝統と知見、および世界有数の新エネルギー車（NEV）市場である中国の最新電動パワートレイン技術を融合した」と、謳う。
デザインコンセプトは「Rugged tech（逞しくかつ先進的）」。エクステリアは、1980年代の日産D21型ハードボディピックアップのフードに開いた特徴的な3つのエアインテークをオマージュ。さらに、フロントLEDライトを活用してフロンティアらしさを先進的に表現した。全モデルに18インチのアルミホイールと265/65R18タイヤを標準装備する。
インテリアは、パノラマルーフ、10インチLCDインストルメントパネル、14.6インチインフォテインメントスクリーンなどを装備。フロントシートにはヒーター、ベンチレーション、マッサージ機能も備わる。プラグインハイブリッドバッテリーを活用したV2Lポートを使用することで、家電機器などを最大6kWで充電可能だ。
パワートレインには、1.5リッター ターボチャージャー付き4気筒エンジンと、トランスミッションに搭載された高出力電動モーターを組み合わせたプラグインハイブリッドを採用。システム全体で300kW以上の出力と最大800Nmのトルクを発揮する。中国市場向けには、EV走行時の最大航続距離135kmの達成を目指すという。
高いオフロード性能を実現するために、5リンクリアサスペンションと、前後輪のトルク配分を自動で制御するIntelligent All-Wheel Driveの採用に加え、電動メカニカルリヤデフロックを搭載。ドライブモードは、「ハイブリッド」「ピュア エレクトリック」「パフォーマンス」「スノー」の4種類を用意した。
新型フロンティアプロは、2025年末までに中国で生産・販売を予定する。将来的には輸出も予定しているとのことで、日本導入の可能性もあるかもしれない。
