ネット証券のPayPay証券は、外部の接続先のみずほ証券のシステム障害により、13日、日本株とETF＝上場投資信託のすべての銘柄の取引を停止していましたが、復旧作業が進んだ結果、14日午前9時から取引を再開したと発表しました。

会社によりますと、外部の接続先のみずほ証券の日本株取引に関する受注や発注のシステムに障害が発生したことで、取引に不具合が生じたことが原因だということです。

会社は「お客様に多大なご不便をおかけし深くおわびします。今後は関係各社と連携しシステムの安定稼働と再発防止に努めてまいります。顧客への影響については現在確認を進めています」とコメントしています。
