KFCデリバリー、導入店舗拡大 Uber Direct活用
日本ケンタッキー・フライド・チキンは、全国のケンタッキーフライドチキン(KFC)店舗で、Uber Eats Japanのラストワンマイルソリューション「Uber Direct」の導入を開始。KFCデリバリー導入店舗が順次約700店舗まで拡大する。

KFCネットオーダーは、KFCのWebサイトまたはスマホアプリから注文された商品を届けるサービス。3月10日時点で約300店舗、4月中に約700店舗へと拡大する。拡大するのはKFCネットオーダーを通じたデリバリーで、店頭、電話、Uber Eats、出前館、Woltでの注文は除く。なおKFCの店舗数は1,232店舗。
Uber Directは、パートナー企業の自社サイトやアプリで販売されている商品を、Uber Eatsの配達ネットワークを活用して消費者に届けるラストワンマイル配達ソリューション。全国のKFC店舗での導入を通じて、KFCネットオーダーを通じてデリバリー注文できる店舗を拡大する。デリバリー注文の一部において、KFC店舗から届け先への配達部分をUber Eatsの配達パートナーが対応する。
KFCデリバリー限定で、毎月15日にオリジナルチキン5ピース、骨なしケンタッキー5ピース、カーネルクリスピー5ピースがセットになった「デリバリーの日パック」を3,500円で提供する。
なお、KFCネットオーダーでは決済時に楽天ポイント、Pontaポイント、チキンマイルは使用できない。
