社会保障制度改革をめぐり、市販薬と似た成分や効能を持つ「OTC類似薬」の価格の一部を患者の自己負担に上乗せすることや、75歳以上の人の医療・介護の保険料や窓口負担に金融所得を反映させることなどを盛り込んだ、健康保険法などの改正案が、自民党の部会で了承されました。
