2023年に注目すべき電気自動車 アウディ「A6 e-tron」
「A6」シリーズから完全なEVが出ることが、長らく待ち望まれていた。アウディは21年の上海モーターショーで、初めてその構想を明らかにしている。

これから発売されるBMW「i5」のほか、テスラ「モデル3」や「モデルS」のライバルと位置づけられるアウディ「A6 e-tron」は、アウディの最新のEV専用アーキテクチャー「PPE（Premium Platform Electric）」をベースにしている。このプラットフォームは、ポルシェの次期「マカン」のEV版やアウディ「Q6 e-tron」にも採用される予定だ。
この新しいプラットフォームの最大の利点は、800Vの急速充電と100kWhのバッテリー容量が実現する、より長い航続距離だろう。これにより航続距離が400マイル（約644km）に迫る可能性もある。
オプションであえて選ぶほどこだわる顧客がいるなら、アウディはドアミラーの代わりとなるドアカメラへの執着を強める可能性もある。一方で、ヘッドライトにプロジェクター機能を付けるというのは依然として優れたアイデアだろう。「A6 e-tron」に続いては、出力が600bhpの「RS6 e-tron」と、ステーションワゴン風の「A6 Avant e-tron」が後に登場する予定だ。
