「大川原化工機」社長 “えん罪事件の捜査員 検察は起訴を”
横浜市の「大川原化工機」をめぐるえん罪事件で刑事告発され、不起訴になった警視庁公安部の当時の捜査員2人について、検察審査会が不起訴は不当だと議決したことを受けてメーカーの社長が会見を開き、「議決は妥当な判断で、検察は起訴してほしい」と訴えました。
「大川原化工機」の社長など3人が不正輸出の疑いで逮捕・起訴されたえん罪事件で、警視庁公安部の当時の捜査員2人は、捜査に不利になる機械の温度測定の実験データを除いた報告書を作成した疑いで刑事告発され、東京地方検察庁はことし1月、いずれも嫌疑不十分で不起訴にしました。
メーカー側の申し立てを受けて検察審査会は「『立件ありき』で捜査し、実験結果を記載しなかったのは許されない」として不起訴は不当だと議決し、29日公表しました。
これを受けてメーカー側が都内で会見を開き、大川原正明社長は「議決は妥当な判断だ。捜査員は詐欺に近いようなことをして事件を作ったので、検察は起訴してほしい。裁判で相応の罰を受けるのが正しいことだと思う」と話していました。
また、代理人の高田剛弁護士は「検察が再び不起訴にすれば事件にふたをすることになる。何のために事件の検証を行ったのか、今後の判断が問われている」と話していました。
議決を受けて東京地検は再捜査を行い、起訴するかどうか改めて判断することになります。
