ENEOS、セルフSSに給油監視システム AIが給油許可を自動化
ENEOSは22日、セルフサービスステーション(セルフSS)で、AI自動給油監視システムを導入開始した。給油時の安全性確保と運営効率化を目的とした取り組みで、実証済み店舗から運用を始め、全国のSS網へ段階的に拡大する。
導入背景には、2026年2月28日に施行された省令改正がある。改正により、セルフSSでAI自動給油監視システムの使用が認められた。従来はスタッフが行なっていた給油時の安全確認や、給油許可に伴う監視業務をAIが担うことで、業務効率化を図る。
具体的には給油レーンに設置したカメラの映像をAI装置が常時監視し、車両へのノズル挿入を検知したうえで、安全条件を満たしている場合は自動で給油を許可する仕組み。ノズル挿入を確認できない場合や、給油中に利用者がその場を離れた場合、複数人で給油している場合などは条件逸脱として判定し、スタッフに対応を求める。さらに、給油中の横断やポリ容器の持ち込み、火気などの危険を検知した場合は、給油中であれば停止する。スタッフはモバイル端末で状況を確認でき、計量機周辺以外でも給油監視や対応を行なえる。
なお、システムの導入で、セルフSSが完全に無人化されるわけではない。一方、カーメンテナンスやコンビニエンスストアを併設する複合店では、給油監視業務の負担軽減が見込まれる。人材不足の解消や業務効率の向上に加え、利用者への案内やサービス向上に向けた時間の確保にもつなげる。
