LINE Pay、23日にサービス終了 10年の歴史に幕
2025年4月23日、日本における「LINE Pay」の支払いサービスが終了します。23日に終了するのは、コード決済などの支払いサービス、チャージ&ペイ、PayPayへの残高移行、銀行振込など、LINE Payの基本機能のほとんどが終了することとなります。

LINE Payのお店での利用だけでなく、PayPayへの移行や銀行出金も23日を持って終了します。24日からは、LINE Pay残高/LINE Payライト残高の指定銀行口座への払戻し対応も開始されますが、別途手続が必要になりますので、23日中に対応しておいたほうがよいでしょう。
今後は、支払い履歴、入出金履歴、送金・送金依頼履歴の確認なども順次停止されます。
LINE Payは、2014年12月から日本国内でサービス開始。LINEから使える決済、送金として多くのユーザーが利用し、日本のコード決済の代表的なサービスの一つとなっていました。しかし、LINEとヤフーの経営統合などを経て、ソフトバンクグループ内に「PayPay」も存在することとなり、サービス重複の状態となったこともあり、送金・決済サービス領域はPayPayに一本化されました。開始から約10年で日本におけるLINE Payのサービスは終了します。なお、台湾、タイ現地のLINE Payは、今後も継続されます。
