自民 森山幹事長 2万円給付検討“子ども加算 首相の強い意向”
物価高への対応をめぐり、石破総理大臣が国民1人当たり2万円の給付を検討するよう自民党に指示したことに関して、森山幹事長は、子どもへの2万円の加算には石破総理大臣の強い意向があったことを明らかにしました。
物価高への対応をめぐり、石破総理大臣は13日、国民1人当たり2万円の給付の実施とともに、子どもと住民税非課税世帯の大人を対象に1人当たり2万円を加算することを検討し、参議院選挙の公約に盛り込むよう自民党に指示しました。
自民党の森山幹事長は14日、鹿児島市で講演し、2万円の根拠について「食費にかかる1年間の消費税の負担額が1人当たり2万円程度だ」と説明しました。
そして、子どもへの加算については「石破総理大臣の強い意向もあり、育ち盛りの子どもに十分な食事をとってもらいたいという思いを込めて加算する」と述べました。
また、必要な予算規模は3兆円台半ばで、赤字国債は発行せずに税収の上振れの範囲内で対応できるという認識を示したうえで「一日も早く届けることが大事だ」と述べました。
一方、消費税の扱いをめぐっては、社会保障の重要な財源になっているとして「消費税を守ることが国民を守ることにつながる。政治生命をかけて維持していく」と述べ、引き下げに否定的な考えを重ねて示しました。
