東京都とハロサイ、電動サイクルを導入 25年度末1200台
東京都は、二輪車の非ガソリン化に向けた取組「e-モビリティ等利活用促進事業」の一環で、都が支援するe-モビリティシェアリングサービスを開始する。都の支援を受けるOpenStreetは、都内で3月14日からシェアサイクルプラットフォーム「HELLO CYCLING」にチャージャーステーションを設置し、充電対応の「電動サイクル」(特定小型原動機付自転車)を導入する。

サービス名称は、「e-モビリティ(電動サイクル)シェアリングサービス」。glafit製の電動サイクル「NFR-01 sh」を30台、非接触充電対応のステーション28カ所を設置する。既存ステーションに非接触充電環境を整備し、ステーションでの充電。バッテリーの交換作業を解消し、作業の省力化・効率化を図る。
車両は順次拡大予定で、2025年度末(令和7年度末)に1,200台、ステーションは300カ所に拡大予定。
HELLO CYCLINGの利用料金は、エリアなどによって異なるが、電動サイクルは15分200円、12時間4,000円。
「HELLO CYCLING」のアプリから利用可能で、対応のステーションのみで貸し出し・返却が行なえる。
