国内最大の菓子の祭典 “菓子博”が8年ぶり開催 北海道 旭川
国内最大の菓子の祭典、全国菓子大博覧会＝菓子博が、30日から北海道旭川市で始まりました。
菓子博は100年あまりの歴史があり、おおむね4年に1度開かれてきましたが、新型コロナなどの影響で2017年以降は見送られていて今回、8年ぶりに開催されました。
初日の5月30日は、旭川市の「旭川大雪アリーナ」の会場で菓子博の名誉総裁を務める三笠宮彬子さまも出席されてオープニングセレモニーが行われました。
会場では、菓子職人が季節の草花や風景などを精巧に表現した90点の「工芸菓子」が展示されているほか、北海道の広大な畑や農産物、菓子づくりの工程を投影したプロジェクションマッピングも楽しめます。
また、全国各地からおよそ1000点の菓子が集められていて、訪れた大勢の人たちが目当ての菓子を買い求めていました。
夫婦で訪れたという旭川市の60代の女性は「もなかが好きなので、福島のもなかを買いました。なかなか行けない全国の銘菓がそろってどれもおいしそうなので、少し気持ちを抑えながら見て回っています」と話していました。
「あさひかわ菓子博」は6月15日まで、旭川市の旭川大雪アリーナや道の駅などで開かれます。
