d NEOBANKアプリ、マイナカードICチップでの本人確認開始
住信SBIネット銀行は、3月23日以降順次、「d NEOBANK 住信SBIネット銀行アプリ」でICチップ読取りによる本人確認を導入する。使用可能なICチップは運転免許証、マイナンバーカード、在留カード、特別永住者証明書。
ICチップ読取による本人確認は、スマートフォンで本人確認書類のICチップを読み取り、電子署名検証を行なうことで第三者によるなりすましや文書が改ざんされていないことを確認するための方式。
スマートフォンによる本人確認資料の撮影が不要になり、口座開設や手続き完了までの時間が短縮され、手続き後すぐに口座を利用可能。偽造本人確認書類による不正口座開設申込を防止する効果も期待できる。BaaS提携支店についても、今後順次展開を検討する。
これに伴い口座開設時の本人確認でも以下を変更する。
・本人確認書類の撮影方式「スマホで本人確認」機能を廃止
・郵送による口座開設時の本人確認書類を住民票に限定(2026年4月予定)
