手が止まらない！カルディで見つけた「やみつきお菓子」おやつにもお酒のツマミにもぴったりです《実食レビュー》

今回購入したのは「ガヴォット ミニクレープエシャロット入りガレット60g」価格は498円（以下、すべて税込）です。
公式サイトによると、「ブルターニュ地方名産のそば粉のガレットをイメージしたクレープ生地に、ゲランドの塩とエシャロットのクリーム」を包み込んだスナック菓子なのだとか。「ブルターニュ地方」「ゲランド」は、どちらもフランスの地名です。
また、エシャロットもフランス料理でよく使われる玉ねぎの一種なので、とにかくフランス尽くし！パッケージ裏を見てみると、原産国名に「フランス」と書かれていました。
ブラウンカラーの生地にクリームを巻いた、一口サイズのお菓子。グリコの「コロン」にそっくりな見た目です。
内容量は60g。筆者が購入したのものには33個入っていました。
初めはゲランドの塩がガツンときて、その後にエシャロットの甘さがふわっと口いっぱいに広がってきます。
噛めば噛むほど、旨みがあふれ出てくる！どんどん味が濃くなっていく感じがたまりません。
クリームはふわっとしていて軽めの食感。口溶けなめらかで、あっという間に消えていきます。
外側のクレープ生地はサックサクで食べ応えのある食感。硬すぎず柔らかすぎないこの絶妙さがクセになります。
生地自体はシンプルな味わいだから、濃いめのクリームと相性バツグン！
クリームの主張が強めなので、そば粉の風味はあまり感じられませんでした。
塩味とエシャロットの甘さがいい感じにマッチしていてすごくおいしい。一口サイズだから、パクパク食べられてちょうどいいです。
小腹が空いたときはもちろん、白ワインや梅酒などのさっぱりとしたお酒とよく合うので、お供に買ってみるのもよさそうです！
