シャトレーゼの「194円スイーツ」が美味しいうえに美しい！シャインマスカットの華やかな風味がやみつきになります！《実食レビュー》
シャトレーゼでは9月30日まで「山梨県産シャインマスカットフェア」を開催しています。

シャインマスカットをふんだんに使ったタルトをはじめ、全部で15種類の商品が登場。
今回はその中から「シャインマスカット杏仁豆腐」をご紹介します。価格は194円（以下、すべて税込）です。
少し小さめのカップに入っていて、暑い日でもぺろっと食べやすい量です。
カップのフタにはマスカットが描かれたラベルシールが貼られていてかわいらしい！
食後のデザートやご褒美はもちろん、ちょっとした手土産にもちょうど良さそうです。
カップにたっぷり入った杏仁豆腐の上に、淡いグリーンのマスカットソースがかかっています。
商品ページによると、ソースには山梨県産のシャインマスカットを5.4%使用しているとのことです。
カップのフタを開けた時から、マスカットの甘い香りがふわっと広がって驚き。フタを開けた時に少し離れたところに座っていた夫も「めっちゃマスカットの匂いがする」と言っていました。
マスカットソースの香りと共に、爽やかな甘みが口いっぱいに広がっておいしい！
正直、香りも甘みももう少し控えめを想像していたので、本当にマスカットを食べているかのような香りのリアルさと甘みに驚きました。
杏仁豆腐の上にはちょこんとホイップものっています。ホイップはふわとろで口の中で一瞬で消えてしまいました。
柔らかくてちゅるんとした杏仁豆腐はとってもなめらか。商品ページによると、杏仁豆腐には「八ヶ岳高原のしぼりたて牛乳」を使っているとのことで、牛乳のやさしい甘さがしっかりと感じられます。
甘みはありますが、後味がかなりスッキリしていてとっても食べやすいですよ。
ただ、杏仁豆腐の量に対してソースがちょっと少なめかも。また、ソースは上だけでなく底の方にも入っていると、より一体感が楽しめていいなと思いました。
想像以上にリアルなマスカット感に感動！200円でこの幸せが楽しめるのはありがたいです。
