大阪で“たこ焼き飲み”を実現するなら「多幸屋」へ。店主の上田幸男は、タコ専門加工会社を実家に持つ。その強みを活かし、産地違いのタコを味わう「蛸3種盛り」といった“タコが主役”の料理を展開。
注文を受けてから作るたこ焼きは、熱伝導の良い銅のたこ焼き台でリズミカルに焼き上げる。アツアツを頬張れば外は香ばしく、中はトロットロのコントラストが堪能できる。出汁の旨みとともに、大ぶりに切られたタコの主張も激しい。すぐさまお酒をあおり、再びハフハフと味わう、至福の無限ループにハマるだろう。
