エムエム6 メゾン マルジェラとドクターマーチンはホワイト・オン・ホワイトがクール！
エムエム6 メゾン マルジェラは、伝統的な靴作りと遊び心のある先進的なデザインを融合し、アイコニックなシルエットを再解釈した、ドクターマーチンとのコラボレーションカプセルコレクションの新作を発表。7月17日（木）よりエムエム6 メゾン マルジェラのストアと公式オンラインストア、ドクターマーチンの公式アプリ、ドクターマーチンコンセプトストア SHOWROOM TYO、ならびに一部のセレクトショップで展開する。

フランスのアヴァンギャルドなコンテンポラリーブランド、エムエム6とイギリスのアイコニックなフットウェアおよびアクセサリーブランド、ドクターマーチンによるこのコラボレーションは、ドクターマーチンのクラシックなフォルムをエムエム6の破壊的なレンズを通して再構築。今シーズンは、第1弾で登場した「14601461 ブーツ」と、「PENTON /1461 シューズ」の2つのスタイルがオールホワイトで復活。
ホワイト・オン・ホワイトの特徴的な仕上がりは、エムエム6のコアな美学と2025年春夏のショーで登場した白いペイントが施されたドクターマーチンを彷彿とさせる佇まい。ドクターマーチンの2つのアイコンである「1460 8ホールブーツ」と「1461 3 ホールシューズ」のデザインを融合した「1460 / 1461ブーツ」は、シルエットの曲線を強調するバンプトウを取り入れ、足首部分に刻印されたエムエム6のナンバリングロゴ、そしてホワイトのカスタムAirWairヒールループを配した。
「1461 3 ホールシューズ」と「PENTONローファー」を組み合わせた「PENTON / 1461 シューズ」は、レースアップの構造とスリッポンの履きやすさを組み合わせ、靴の中の靴というアイデアを反映したデザインが特徴。どちらのスタイルもスムースレザーとヴァージニアレザーを使用し、同色のウェルトステッチとドクターマーチンのバウンシングソールが、クラシックなフォルムと脱構築的なディテールの対比を際立たせている。
