キャベツ・はくさいの価格 2月いっぱいは平年上回る見込み

スーパーなどでのキャベツとはくさいの平均価格は、先週の時点でいずれも平年の2.5倍程度と、高値が続いています。1月にかけて主な産地で雨が少なかったことなどが影響していて、農林水産省は、今月いっぱいは平年を上回る価格が続く見込みだとしています。

農林水産省は2月3日から5日までのキャベツやはくさいなどの8品目の野菜のスーパーなどでの平均価格を調査し、12日に発表しました。

それによりますと、いずれも1キロ当たりで
▽キャベツは400円
▽はくさいは356円で、
いずれも平年のおよそ2.5倍程度の価格となりました。

キャベツの価格は、去年の年末から1月にかけては一時、平年の3倍以上に高騰し、その後やや落ち着きつつあるものの高値が続いています。

また、はくさいは、1月から平年の2倍以上の高値が続いています。

農林水産省によりますと、いずれも主な産地で去年12月からことし1月にかけて雨が少なかったことなどから、小ぶりのものが多く、出荷量が少ないことが値上がりにつながっているということです。

このほか
▽レタスとねぎが平年の1.5倍程度
▽だいこんとにんじんが平年の1.4倍程度と、調査したすべての品目で平均価格が平年を上回りました。

農林水産省は、キャベツとはくさいについては、2月いっぱいは平年を上回る価格が続く見込みで、今後の天候の状況が収穫に与える影響を注視したいとしています。
