ゼレンスキー氏“クリミア奪還できる兵器ない”まず停戦の考え
ウクライナのゼレンスキー大統領は、ロシアが一方的に併合した南部クリミアについて「武力で奪還できるだけの兵器を持っていない」と述べたうえで、まずは完全な停戦が実現してから領土問題を協議すべきだという考えを示しました。
ゼレンスキー大統領は25日、ロシア軍のミサイル攻撃で12人が死亡した首都キーウの住宅地の現場をウクライナに駐在する各国の大使らと訪れ、花を手向けて犠牲者を悼みました。
このあと、ゼレンスキー大統領は、記者団の取材に応じ、アメリカのトランプ大統領がウクライナ南部クリミアを取り戻すのは非常に難しいと発言したことをめぐって、「ウクライナは武力でクリミアの支配権を奪還できるだけの兵器を持っていないというトランプ大統領の意見に同意する」と述べました。
一方で、クリミアをはじめロシアに占領されている地域について「一時的に占領されているだけでウクライナのものだ。憲法や国際法に照らしても、これは正当で合法的な立場だ」と強調しました。
そのうえで、領土問題は、制裁や外交的な圧力で解決したいとして、まずは無条件で完全な停戦が実現してから協議すべきだという考えを示しました。
クリミアをめぐっては、トランプ政権が提示したウクライナ情勢をめぐる和平案の中に、ロシアによる一方的な併合をアメリカが承認することなどが盛り込まれていると報じられ、和平案がロシア寄りという指摘も出ています。
