イランへの攻撃直前のアメリカでの世論調査 賛否分かれる
アメリカとイスラエルがイランに対して攻撃に踏み切る直前にアメリカで行われた世論調査では、イランが核兵器を製造するのを防ぐために軍事行動をとることについて賛否が分かれました。
アメリカのCBSテレビは大手調査会社ユーガブとともにイランへの攻撃の直前の2月25日から27日にかけて、およそ2200人に対し世論調査を行いました。
この中で「イランが核兵器を製造するのを防ぐためにアメリカが軍事行動をとること」については、「賛成する」が51％、「反対する」が49％ と賛否が分かれました。
また「イランの指導部に対してアメリカはどのようなアプローチで臨むべきか」については、「外交を通じて交渉する」が38％、「経済制裁によって圧力をかける」が22％、「そもそも関与しない」が22％、「必要であれば軍事力も用いて権力から排除する」が18％と、体制の転換などではなく外交的な解決を求める意見が最も多くなりました。
また、「アメリカが軍事行動をとった場合、衝突はどれくらい続きそうか」については「年単位」が28％、「月単位」が17％、「週単位」が12％、「日単位」が12％ となり、何年にも及ぶ長期化を予想する人が4分の1を超えました。
