御堂筋の玄関口で中之島に隣接する、淀屋橋駅直結の「淀屋橋ゲートタワー」が7月9日にグランドオープンする。地上29階・地下2階・高さ135mで、地下1階から地上2階の商業ゾーンや11階の公共貢献複合ゾーンに入居する店舗、ビジネスサポート施設がオープンするほか、11階の屋上庭園の一般公開がスタートする。商業ゾーンの店舗数は全29店舗。 淀屋橋駅西地区市街地再開発組合と、参加組合員である大和ハウス工業、住友商事、関電不動産開発が進めてきた事業。オフィス主体の大型複合ビルとして、25年年12月15日に竣工した。 施設構成は、地下1階から地上2階が商業ゾーン、3階から9階および11階から27階がオフィスフロア。建物の低層部にあたる基壇部最上階となる11階は、地域に開かれた空間としての屋上庭園と公共貢献機能を含む複合フロアとなっている。オフィスフロアについては5月から順次入居を開始する。 商業ゾーンは、「水面(みなも)」「街」「自然」をテーマに、街・人・店舗を有機的につなぐ空間デザインを採用した。また、「Toki-kagami(時鏡)」をコンセプトに、時代とともに変化する淀屋橋の街並みや価値観を映し出す商業空間を目指した。 地下1階は淀屋橋駅直結のメインフロアとして、利用しやすいフード&ライフサポートを集積。内装は水面をテーマに「Water Flow」というコンセプトで、水のゆらぎや浮遊感を感じさせる空間演出を採用した。光や曲線による自然な誘導設計による回遊性創出、ガラスケーシングの統一ファサードによる開放感と上質さを図っている。 1階にはファッション、ファッション雑貨、カフェ、オフィスサポートサービスを集積。内装は街をテーマに「Glass Cube」というコンセプトで、透明感あるガラスケーシングで統一された上質な都市型ストリートの形成を図った。見通しを確保したファサード設計により、オフィスエントランスとしての品格と商業としての賑わいを両立する空間を実現したとしている。 2階にはテラス空間を有するレストランとスポーツグッズ・サービスを集積。内装は自然をテーマに「Urban Grove」というコンセプトで、木漏れ日や木立を感じさせる都会的な自然空間を演出したという。木質素材とミラーの組み合わせにより、温かみと上質さを両立し、滞留と回遊を生む構成とした。 商業ゾーンの主な出店店舗は以下の通り。 ・マクドナルド：ハンバーガー(地下1階) ・ミユキ クラフツ・スーツ：国産オーダーメイドスーツ(1階) ・TULLY'S COFFEE & TEA：カフェ(1階) ・Berwick OSAKA：レザーシューズ、スニーカー(1階) ・さばえめがね館：メガネ(1階) ・MIZUNO GOLF：スポーツ用品販売(2階) ・北極星：レストラン(2階) ・うなぎ四代目菊川：鰻料理(2階) ・イタリアン チャンピーニ：イタリアン(2階) 11階は、新たなワークスタイルの提案や交流を促進する公共貢献機能を導入したフロア。一般開放される屋上庭園を中心とした、建物入居者だけではなく周辺オフィスワーカー、一般来館者にもひらかれた空間で、サードプレイスとして利用できる。施設構成は屋上庭園、シェアラウンジ、ビジネスサポート施設。 シェアラウンジは、大阪最大級となる180席の「SHARE LOUNGE 淀屋橋ゲートタワー with PLUS」がオープン。土佐堀川を望む窓辺からの風景、淀屋橋の歴史的価値に着想したインテリア、それらを構成するプラスが展開する家具を特徴としている。アルコールも楽しめるなど、仕事とリラックスが共存した場を提供する。 ビジネスサポート施設は、1名からの少人数でもオフィスを構えられるサービス付きレンタルオフィス「SYNTH ビジネスセンター淀屋橋ゲートタワー」を展開。施設会員のほか同ビル内入居企業も利用できる会議室やビジネスラウンジ、一般の人も参加可能なイベントを開催できるスペースも用意する。 所在地は大阪市中央区北浜4丁目1番1号。敷地面積は7,206m2、延床面積は132,424m2。
