ふるさとチョイス、おすすめの返礼品を提案する「チョイスAI」
ふるさと納税サイト「ふるさとチョイス」の公式スマートフォンアプリが、4月18日にリニューアルし、チャット型AI機能「チョイスAI」を搭載した。全国約1,700自治体の約76万点にのぼる返礼品の中から、寄付者のニーズに合わせた提案が可能となる。
新たに導入された「チョイスAI」は、チャット形式で寄付者と対話しながら、関心や希望に応じて最適な返礼品を選定する機能。ふるさとチョイスで寄付できる全国95%以上、76万点の膨大な品数から選ぶ手間を軽減する。今後、PC版ウェブサイトへの拡大も予定されている。
アプリでは3月にも大幅なリニューアルを実施。地域情報を閲覧できる新機能や、直感的に操作できるUI/UXデザインを採用。返礼品の検索機能も強化されており、地域との新たな出会いを促進する構成となっている。
