ススキノ 男性殺害 娘の殺人手助け 父親に執行猶予付きの判決
おととし、札幌の繁華街 ススキノのホテルで、男性が遺体で見つかり、親子3人が起訴された事件で、娘の殺人などを手助けした罪に問われた61歳の父親に、札幌地方裁判所は懲役1年4か月、執行猶予4年の有罪判決を言い渡しました。
おととし7月、札幌市中央区のホテルで当時62歳の男性が殺害され頭部が切断された事件では、札幌市厚別区の親子3人が起訴され、このうち医師の田村修被告（61）は、殺人や遺体を遺棄した罪などで起訴された娘の田村瑠奈被告（31）の殺人などを手助けした罪に問われました。
これまでの裁判では、検察が「被告の関与がなければ、娘の犯行は実現不可能だった」として懲役10年を求刑したのに対し、弁護側は「娘が被害者を殺害しようとしていることは事前に知らなかった」として無罪を主張していました。
判決の言い渡しは12日午後2時から始まり、札幌地方裁判所の渡邉史朗裁判長は、懲役1年4か月、執行猶予4年を言い渡しました。
